Looking out for yourself

Like to party for long stretches of time, maybe even days straight? There are ways to look out for yourself while still having a good time!

Here are some tips:

  • Drink water often. 
  • Try to sleep, even if you don’t feel tired. If you can’t, try to find an hour or two to relax.
  • Eat. If you don’t feel like eating, keep nutritional drinks on you (like Boost or Ensure) or chocolate milk.
  • Set a reminder to take your meds, either as a cell phone alarm or sign up for free text reminders here.
  • Brush your teeth regularly or use mouthwash like Listerine.
